Unlike some Benefit Administrators, we feel it is important for you to know the cost of our services upfront.  That way, there are no hidden charges and no surprises!

 

One Time Set Up Fee
(for both plan types) 

  • 1 - 25 employees             $    400.00
  • 26 - 50 employees           $    500.00
  • 51 - 100 employees         $    600.00
  • 100 - 250 employees       $  1,000.00      
  • 250+ employees              $  2,000.00                  

Premium Only Plans

  • 01 - 25 participants       $200.00 per year
  • 25 - 50 participants       $300.00 per year
  • 50 - 100 participants     $400.00 per year
  • 100+ participants          $500.00 per year

Full Plans with Flexible Spending Accounts

  • 01 - 25 participants        $8.00 per month per participant
  • 25 - 100 participants      $6.00 per month per participant
  • 100+ participants           $4.00 per month per participant
